WF&P Logo News Letter Index

Jim Strain, club president, gives a weekly report of happenings at the railroad.

We had a great start for the month of July. Over 500 passengers paid to ride the WF&P on Sunday. While it was cloudy all day it never rained and this kept the temperature in the 80s instead of the dreaded 90s. Power for the day was 928, 535 & 13. All these locomotives have been performing very well each week as has the rolling stock & ROW, thanks to the Wednesday & Saturday crews who keep everything in shape.
