Sunday was very warm with the temp near 90 degrees, very unusual for October. The passenger count for the day was 681 and we ran 3 train sets until 2pm when TM Lorance cut back to 2 sets. Power was provided by 535, 928, 400, 13 and 5205. We had plenty of help and thanks to all who continue to volunteer each Sunday to make this happen.
Photos attached are from Sunday and include photos of the new WF&P side frame and wheel pattern that Joe Ahrens brought by. Joe is also working on a coupler pattern and is making great progress. Also included is Chris Brophy in a couple of the pics, Chris has spent a lot of time during his visit working on 180, 403 and 400. It's great to have him back if only for a couple of weeks.
Today (Wed.) had a special run with 117 riders from Eureka Baptist School. Our Wednesday crew continues to expand the special schedule and have done extremely well this year.
