The 2nd conduit was installed across East Bluffs crossing. There are now two conduits across both crossings at Bluffs.  The crossing installation was performed at this time, primarily because the Al Foster Trail is "officially" closed due to damage caused by the flood in March. There are two more crossings to put conduit across, but they will have to wait until after the signal system back in service for the 2008 season.
