Various members give a report of happenings at the railroad.
Wednesday, August 13th.
Jim Scott repaired the broken truss rod on the 240 car. (handycap) continued with the replacement of screws in the seats of the gondolas. the sheet rock screws are backing out from the vibration of the cars rolling on the track. Jim Keeton contiued with the wagner car. It now has a full skeleton for seats and sides. Mike Walsh made a coupling nut and threaded the rod for me. That's all I have, Grumpy (aka Jim Scott)
