Rolling Stock: Work continues on the car upgrade. I did some prep work on the next gon to get draftgear. It will be done Saturday, then the next one will be moved into the work area. If the weather is nice, I plan to take the upgraded cars for a test ride to the wye and back. We are checking the new car for any problems and will test ride it again. Also, I ordered the grease Thursday. We will start greasing the passenger cars wheels as soon as the weather is nice. We went to our gas supplier Wednesday and bought a welding hood for the car shop. I priced the pipe stands that I talked about at the BOG meeting, they are $75.00 a peace. Jim Scott.

Machine Shop: A used lathe was purchased to replace the green monster. Stay tuned for more details.
